What you do is you mix together a cup of cold water with 1.5 cups of whole wheat flour, a teaspoon of baking soda, 3 cups of oatmeal, 2 egg yolks, and a tablespoon of parsley. Drop mixture onto cookie sheets by the spoonful and bake them for 15 minutes at 350 degrees F. Your dog will love 'em.
